Since COVID-19 arrived on our shores, Māori whānau, hapū and iwi, and Pacific communities, have mobilised through the lockdown period to ensure that health and social needs in their rohe (regions) are taken care of in an integrated, people-focused and mana-enhancing way.
In our report Rebuild New Zealand: health equity, we look at ways to address long-standing health inequities further highlighted by COVID-19, and propose ideas that could bring about a health and economic recovery that meets the needs of all Kiwis.
Our Hauora practice has worked with several key government agencies, NGOs, and private health organisations to respond to COVID-19. Our practice spans the health ecosystem from policy to implementation and covers health equity, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, investment strategies, operational models, outcome frameworks, commissioning frameworks, models of care, service design, digital health, infrastructure, and strategy and policy.
As a connector and influencer across health and social systems we can help you reimagine hauora for Kiwis as we rebuild New Zealand together.
