Danni is a Director in our Management Consulting practice. She has an extensive background in people leadership and generalist HR operations and strategy, with subject matter expertise in employment relations and change in a public sector context.
Danni is effective at building relationships across organizations to achieve buy-in and shared outcomes. She takes a constructive, pragmatic and relationship based approach to getting outcomes that work for the business. Her leadership style is communicative, collaborative and courageous and she comfortably navigates politically sensitive or complex situations.
Danni works flexibly between Wellington and the Manawatu. She spends her spare time going on weekend adventures around New Zealand with her partner. She enjoys keeping active and learning new skills.
