Richard has a diverse range of consulting experience including developing organisational strategy, designing operating models, organisational design, scaled agile delivery models (inc. SAFe), service design, business integration, business process architecture and negotiation of commercial outside arrangements. He delivers valuable insights to leadership teams by bringing a perspective from strategy through to execution.
Richard aims to always exceed expectations. He enjoys being under pressure and solving the most complex organisational problems. Richard builds the narrative and visuals that unite teams, taking them on a journey from strategy through to execution and find this to be hugely rewarding. It’s an endless pursuit of learning, growing and connecting with diverse people and perspectives.
Richard likes to spend time outside of work with his wife, family and friends. Life revolves around great food, wine, being active and a collection of ever growing sports and hobbies.
