Sarah’s clients and colleagues comment on how she brings an integrated perspective to business transformation initiatives. She does this by supporting her clients to think beyond simply the technical solution, or new product/service offering, to consider the wider and longer term implications of change on their business, their people and their customers.
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience across the strategy, design, change and delivery aspects of large scale transformations. Her technical consulting toolkit includes delivery management, operating model assessment and design, project management, change management and implementation disciplines.
Prior to joining PwC, Sarah held roles at global firms in NZ, Australia and the UK.
