Lara Bennett

Lara has over 25 years of business experience, working in the construction sector for four years prior to joining PwC. She has extensive experience undertaking analysis and monitoring of both the financial and operational performance of businesses and projects.  This has enabled her to develop the ability to quickly comprehend and assess key drivers, and develop options to improve and optimise outcomes.  

Following on from her time in the construction industry, Lara has maintained a strong interest in the property sector, where she has been a senior team member on a number of high profile assignments, as well as assisting with firm wide PwC proposals and engagements. Lara often presents and hosts discussion sessions with public / private sector clients and industry bodies on issues facing the construction sector and potential mitigation strategies.  She is currently a member of the Commercial Reference Group for the Construction Accord.

Lara has also been closely involved in a senior capacity in a number of public sector projects, including significant assignments in the areas of health and housing.
