We are pleased to welcome eight new leaders to the PwC New Zealand partnership. These appointments reflect the investment we are making in our future as we continue to help our clients reach the leading edge of their industries. Each individual brings with them proven expertise, deep relationships, and a collaborative approach to ensure clients thrive in today’s business environment.
Andrew Holmes, Senior Partner and CEO says business leaders are facing unprecedented change, and strong leadership is required to navigate through the next decade as businesses adapt, reinvent, and evolve.
“We expect the next 10 years to see far more change and disruption than the last 10 years. We’re already seeing businesses rethinking how they connect with customers, reimagining what services they offer, and reshaping their organisational structure to survive and succeed. These are challenging times, but times that bring with them exponential opportunity.”
“These new partners are focussed on what’s next and already work closely with their clients to navigate the evolving business landscape. Collectively they bring diverse skills and experience which combined with powerful technology, will help clients move faster, unlock new value, and stay ahead in a constantly evolving world.
“I’m incredibly proud of these partners and I look forward to the positive impact they will continue to make with their clients and teams.”
This new cohort of partners reinforces our ongoing commitment to reflect the communities in which we live, work and serve. Half of this group is female and together they represent a range of ethnicities, skill-sets and backgrounds.
