Steve is a Director in PwC Legal with over 14 years of ‘top-tier’ international and local law firm experience.
Steve has a broad range of experience across corporate, commercial, banking and finance law. From a banking and finance perspective, Steve has acted as a panel solicitor for the majority of New Zealand’s major banks with a particular focus on property, corporate and consumer finance including general transactional banking, enforcement, anti-money laundering and related regulation within the finance sector.
From a corporate and commercial perspective, Steve specialises in M&A transactions, insolvency and restructuring, governance and general commercial contracting. In his spare time, Steve plays social rugby and cricket, as well as the occasional round of golf, in between being a husband to his wife, Christine, and a father to his two beautiful daughters, Harper and Chelsea. Steve is admitted to practice law in South Africa and New Zealand.
