Chance Voight Investments Corporation (Interim Liquidation)
Acquisition notice:
On 27 February 2026, PricewaterhouseCoopers New Zealand (PwC) sold its business restructuring services (BRS) business to Teneo Financial Advisory New Zealand Pty Ltd (Teneo).
Effective from that date, PwC partners and staff from the BRS practice, including all registered insolvency practitioners, transitioned to Teneo and all insolvency appointments, including the company/companies set out in this insolvency case, transferred with the relevant insolvency practitioner.
To assist stakeholders with the transition from PwC to Teneo, information relating to this insolvency case will remain on the PwC website for a limited period of time. The team managing this insolvency case will contact relevant stakeholders to provide new Teneo contact details in due course.
