| 18 December 2020 | On 18 December 2020 the High Court approved the distribution method proposed by the receivers and liquidators. A copy of the Court's decision can be located below. The receivers will take steps to sell the remaining assets which were subject to the Asset Preservation Orders and anticipate being in a position to pay a distribution to creditors in early 2021. The exact timing and value of the distribution will be confirmed in due course. |

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has today announced that it has filed criminal charges against Steven Robertson in the Auckland District Court under the Crimes Act 1961. In total 47 charges have been brought against Mr Robertson. Mr Robertson’s first appearance is scheduled for 28 November 2017. The FMA’s full media release can be read at https://fma.govt.nz/news-and-resources/media-releases/fma-files-crimes-act-charges-against-steven-robertson/. The PTT Group’s assets continue to be subject Asset Protection Orders and continue to be held by the Receivers and Liquidators of the respective entities. The Receivers and Liquidators will continue to provide updates on the affairs of the PTT Group through statutory reporting. |

The below companies were placed into liquidation by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 at 11.56am on 11 December 2015, the Court being satisfied pursuant to s241(2)(4)(d) of the Act that it was just and equitable to put the companies into liquidation. John Fisk and David Bridgman are the appointed joint and several liquidators of the Company.
