Kris is obsessed with the value of the human experience in our digital-physical lives and in all his time has never met a whiteboard he didn’t agree with. His deep desire to help clients understand customers and transform experiences underpins his role as Digital & Customer Leader at PwC.

Kris brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience within the digital and innovation landscape. Working with clients in New Zealand and around the globe, he has successfully shaped and implemented business, digital and customer transformation strategies, as well as designing new experiences, products and market propositions. 

He is passionate about creating a better future through the work he does which includes over 300 human-centred digital and service design projects. Kris actively supports the start-up and tech communities in various ways such as investor, speaker, award judge and coach. At the end of the day he wants to walk out the door and know he’s made a difference – and that there’s a whiskey waiting!
