Understand approaching lease activities
View your leased activities, organised by rights of renewal and final expiries. Here you can see how a building is performing and its seismic standard. Lease activities are also on the Lease Expiries page where you can view the types of activity, identify any imminently due activities and see an expiry profile. This profile is based on leases expiring, providing a view of peak opportunities to optimise the portfolio.
Access a fixed asset summary
See a user-friendly view of your fixed asset register as well as key information relating to your property-related fixed assets. Easily identify what assets are owned on which sites and understand the subclasses of the assets. Hovering over an asset group provides more information, including age, value and useful life remaining.

Understand your key risks
Quickly identify key risks including imminently due lease expiries, poor quality fitouts and sites, fitness for purpose of sites and seismic safety including where several risks are present. Other risk information is embedded across the portfolio and site pages, the lease expiries page and the fixed asset register page.
