If you paid for your PwC Academy subscription via a credit card (Stripe payment gateway) you can manage your subscription via the PwC online billing portal.
Your login details are the same as your PwC Academy account login, if you have issues accessing, please select ‘Forgot your password?’
The billing portal will allow you to:
Update your subscription details
Cancel your subscription
Renew your subscription
If you paid for your PwC Academy subscription via credit card your account will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period (12 months from initial onboarding).
The credit card that was used to pay will automatically be recharged.
Prior to your account renewing, you will receive email communication 45 days out reminding you of the upcoming payment.
You will be able to cancel your pending subscription or update your billing details via the Credit card billing portal.
Email notifications come from the following email address; upcoming-invoice@academy.pwc.co.nz
If you paid your subscription via invoice, you will need to request your account details from our PwC Academy admin team. Once we receive this request we will provide you with details on when your subscription is for renewal, you will also have the option to update your billing details to credit card payments.
If you paid for your PwC Academy subscription via invoice your account will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period (12 months from initial onboarding).
You will be issued with an invoice.
