Director, PwC New Zealand
Craig enjoys the challenge that restructuring work brings because of the complex issues that require the right blend of commercial and technical expertise to achieve the best outcomes for stakeholders.
Craig is able to ease the pressure that directors and shareholders face by assisting them to navigate through difficult times and to produce results where distributions of funds to creditors exceed expectations. Craig is a specialist in compromises, voluntary administrations, receiverships, short form removals and both solvent and insolvent and liquidations. He assists directors and shareholders to ensure a company is wound up in an appropriate manner, and helps trading businesses to sell as a going concern and maximise the recovery from realising assets.
As an Executive Director in PwC's Business Restructuring Services practice, Craig brings over 20 years of restructuring expertise. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and manages our Auckland Liquidation business, which involves taking appointments across the upper North Island.
He is also passionate about sharing his experience and skills with staff, company stakeholders, clients, creditors and organisations in the wider restructuring industry. Craig is a fellow of New Zealand Credit and Finance Institute (NZCFI).
