As a PwC Partner and Insurance Sector Leader, Karl brings a deep knowledge of the financial services industry and significant expertise in audit and advisory services. He's worked on various exciting projects with leading New Zealand and Australian banks, insurers and various fund managers, as well as with InsureTechs to get ground-breaking ideas off the ground.
Karl's assurance expertise includes both internal and external audit, and he's provided internal audit training to the both the banking and insurance industries.
He has travelled the world working for PwC. It started in the early '90s, where he cut his teeth as an accountant in the UK. Before the decade was over, he had taken his skills across the world to PwC Australia, before eventually settling in Auckland.
