Renate is passionate about building strong relationships with her clients and helps them develop a set of tailored solutions to boost organisational performance, while making the most of their existing resources.
As an outcomes driven consultant, Renate is focused on guiding her clients through implementing sustainable change, with a focus on improving financial and service performance. She enjoys leading large teams and has held a number of finance leadership roles across various sectors - both within New Zealand and the UK.
Renate leads the Finance Transformation capability within PwC’s Consulting practice and has a strong grounding in financial operations. She is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a MBA.
In her personal time, Renate enjoys spending time with her husband on the farm in the Waikato.
