Bridget Winstone-Kight

Bridget is an experienced consultant having spent over a decade in professional services firms and more than seven years in-house.
Bridget has fulfilled broad commercial, legal, and HR Operations functions across a range of sectors including telco, manufacturing and distribution, not-for-profit, and has worked in the investment industry since 2013 in both private equity and venture capital. While in London, Bridget managed the post-merger workforce reorganisation for a Pan-European workwear company and served as in-house General Counsel / HR Operations for several years following the merger.
She is a dual qualified lawyer in both the UK and NZ, and started her professional career as an employment lawyer at Russell McVeagh. She holds an MBA from London Business School and is an internationally certified executive coach.
