Jeremy Morley has more than 30 years of business experience in New Zealand. He has worked on numerous Business Recovery and Restructuring assignments covering business appraisals and pre-lending reports for major financial institutions, monitoring and budget review roles for lenders and management of various business restructuring assignments. Jeremy has also been appointed as receiver and / or liquidator of a number of companies.
As well as his restructuring and insolvency work, Jeremy has also undertaken a number of assignments in the education sector where he has assisted New Zealand Universities and Polytechnics on a wide range of financial, operational and academic matters. Jeremy was also a key member of the Crown Manager’s team at Te Wananga o Aotearoa from 2005 to 2008 and then acted as its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to 2010 before returning to PwC.
Jeremy has also consulted on assignments to a number of Government Departments in the financial and operational areas.
