On 14 July 2015, the High Court in Wellington ordered Relationships Aotearoa to be placed into liquidation. John Fisk and Jeremy Morley of PwC were appointed liquidators. As a result of this, the interim liquidation ended. Creditor claim forms (pages 9 and 10) and details relating to the liquidation are contained in our interim liquidators report below.

Interim Liquidators to Relationships Aotearoa Incorporated

Mr John Fisk and Mr Jeremy Morley of PwC were appointed Interim Liquidators to Relationships Aotearoa Incorporated by the High Court in Wellington on Friday 12 June 2015.

Relationships Aotearoa Incorporated (In Interim Liquidation) (Relationships Aotearoa) was a non-for-profit organisation providing professional counselling and family therapy. It closed on 9 June 2015.

Partner John Fisk says, "One of our first priorities is to secure the confidential information of Relationships Aotearoa's clients as we are dealing with sensitive records.

"We are also working closely with Relationships Aotearoa, its key stakeholders and creditors in identifying and assessing the assets and liabilities of the society, and evaluating the next steps of the liquidation.

"We will provide an update to all parties involved as soon as possible," adds Mr Fisk.
