If you paid for your PwC Academy subscription by credit card (via Stripe), you can manage your subscription in the PwC online billing portal. Your login is the same as your PwC Academy account. If you can’t access the portal, select Forgot your password?
If you paid by invoice, please request your account details from our PwC Academy admin team. We’ll confirm your renewal date and you can choose to switch to credit card payments for future renewals.
If you paid by invoice, your subscription automatically renews after 12 months and we’ll issue a new invoice.
45 days before renewal, we’ll email you a reminder. You can cancel your upcoming renewal or update billing details using the online request form.
If you registered for an Academy team subscription, contact our PwC Academy admin team to request a report of all learner accounts and subscription renewal details. Request via this form.
