How do I purchase my subscription?
  • PwC Academy only accepts credit card payments. The 12 month subscription is payable online in advance.
  • If your organisation does not allow credit card payments, you can contact our administration team for support.
Do you offer discounted subscriptions for registered New Zealand charities? 

Yes, at PwC we've identified that our overall purpose as an organisation is to build trust in society and solve important problems. Just one of the ways we demonstrate this is through our Corporate Responsibility efforts, this includes offering discounted PwC Academy subscriptions for all New Zealand registered charities. To take advantage of this pricing, you will need to fill in the following form and supply your charity's registration number.

 

How long does my subscription last?

A PwC Academy Subscription lasts 12 months from the date of purchase and you can consume as much content as you like within this timeframe.

How do I manage my subscription payments? 

You can find more information about how to manage your account and payment methods on the subscription page.

Is my subscription transferable?

Yes, your PwC Academy Subscription can be transferred from a leaver to a new joiner within the same organisation. The remaining duration of the subscription will be transferred over to the new person. Please contact a member of the Academy team to transfer the details.

If you are the owner of your organisation's Academy licence, you are also able to change your email address as required.

What is a team subscription?

A team subscription enables you to have administrator rights for your team members, this includes being able to assign learning courses, reporting functionality and gives you ability to curate playlists that are customised to your organisation. 

There is no additional fee to enable a team subscription, find out more on the subscription page.

Does the PwC Academy subscription include PwC courses such as (Virtual) Facts on Tax update sessions, Tax effect accounting course, Ethics course, and the Indirect Tax series?

Yes, our PwC Academy subscription gives you access to all PwC Academy digital courses, including live webinars and recorded content. 

All future Facts on Tax updates will be run online so we have renamed the offering as ‘Virtual Facts on Tax’.

Are face to face workshops included in my subscription?

We offer a small selection of inhouse workshops, seminars and face-to-face events but these are not included in the PwC annual subscription pricing. You can create a free account and view the calendar and price for each event via the PwC Academy live portal.

Do courses expire?

You will not lose access to any courses that you have registered for, although courses that are no longer relevant will be removed from playlists. All live webinars will also be available to view as recordings.

Do I receive CPD certificates?

Yes, all of the online content is CPD certifiable. You are provided with a certificate on completion of the learning.
