Liquidators Appointed to the “Supie” Group of Companies

Richard Nacey and Stephen White of PwC New Zealand have been appointed Liquidators of Supie Limited, Bevie Limited and Workerly Limited following the First Creditors Meeting and the Watershed Meeting held earlier today.
At the First Creditors Meeting (held in their previous capacity as Voluntary Administrators of each Company), the appointment of Richard Nacey and Stephen White as Administrators of the three Group Companies was confirmed.
The Watershed Meeting of Creditors was then held immediately following. In this meeting it was resolved that Richard Nacey and Stephen White be appointed Liquidators of Supie Limited, Bevie Limited and Workerly Limited. As Liquidators, Richard and Stephen will continue to realise the assets of each company for the benefit of creditors. They will also carry out an investigation into the reasons for insolvency and the circumstances leading to the appointment. The Liquidators’ first report is due to be filed within five working days.
