COVID-19: NZTE Export Business Continuity Service

PwC has partnered with NZTE to provide the COVID-19 Export Business Continuity Service. This service is a NZTE-sponsored initiative to help New Zealand companies assess, and if required, adjust their businesses for the effects of COVID-19.

We know that businesses are facing significant challenges to which they need to respond rapidly. The Export Business Continuity Service has been designed to equip local businesses with the tools they need to navigate this changing landscape.

Export Business Continuity Service key points

The Service is carried out over three stages:

  • Completion of an online questionnaire to identify critical processes, business risks, financial and supply chain dependencies. This will form the basis of a COVID-19 Business Response Workshop and determine any information/analysis required to facilitate it
  • Facilitation of a half-day COVID-19 Business Response Workshop where we would work through the key areas of your business to develop a Business Response Plan to mitigate the risks identified and mutually agree the actions and next steps
  • A follow-up call two weeks after the workshop to discuss progress against the actions agreed in the Business Response Plan.
Areas the plan will cover:
