Russell Windsor

Russell’s passion lies in understanding what drives a business and working alongside his clients to help them achieve that next level of success, be it a small start-up looking for strategic advice, or a large corporate looking to tackle an acquisition.  

Over the past 15 years Russell has been dedicated to providing financial due diligence to a vast range of clients, across various industries and locations. He has spent time working in the UK, Europe and the United States. Russell believes that quickly identifying business success and risk factors, helps to ensure a smooth due diligence process, and ultimately a successful deal.

Along with providing due diligence services, Russell has also worked on a range of transactions including IPO listings, buy side and vendor due diligence. His wide breadth of industry experience includes oil and gas, insurance, dairy, forestry, retail, transportation, and food and beverage sectors.  

Russell is also passionate about coaching and developing our people and our business. In 2013 he became an Executive Coach on our Global Leadership Programme, Genesis Park. 

Outside of work Russell spends most mornings at the gym, either weight training or on a Spin bike. Weekends tend to be at the beach in the Coromandel, working on DIY projects with his partner Sam, and taking breaks to ensure Chewie (energetic miniature schnauzer) gets plenty of time running along the beach.
