Authentic Leadership Programme
The Authentic Leadership Programme is a modular programme comprising of four two-day modules with in-between sessions and work, run over several months. It is designed to imbed deep and lasting change for level two to four leaders with a sharp focus on authenticity. It can be tailored to suit your organisation’s needs.
Professional Development workshops
These workshops are 3-5 hours in duration and can be held either off-site or alternatively at your or our premises. Workshop topics include:

- story-telling for leaders
- introduction to Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®)
- stress and “In the Grip” with MBTI®
- coaching and MBTI®

Tailored Team learning workshops
Typically one to two days in duration, these workshops are designed for the specific requirements and challenges of a team, including helping a new team perform, dealing with the after-effects of a restructure or loss or to give an existing team a boost for new challenges.
One-on-one coaching
Leadership coaching is provided to meet individual needs, on a regular basis as required by you. We use experienced coaches with leadership experience and appropriate psychometric tools to quickly grow leadership capability.
