Erin Venter

Erin is a tax Partner at PwC New Zealand. She specialises in providing advice to a broad range of businesses operating cross border from large global multinationals to fast growing New Zealand exporters.

Building on her passion for driving long term sustainable business growth by unleashing the potential of people, she also helps lead PwC's workforce practice, which helps clients with their workforce-related issues and strategic opportunities. In this role, Erin is part of a team that provides a fully integrated service offering ranging from payroll and employment taxes, workplace law, and remuneration and reward advisory, to broader HR strategic transformation, workforce strategy, and organisational culture & leadership.  

With her background in transfer pricing, Erin continues to lead a variety of complex projects for large multinationals, including global operating model restructures and managing and negotiating APAs and transfer pricing disputes with tax authorities.
