Watershed Meeting:

Administrators' Court application in respect of new ANZ/CRHL facility:

December 2022
November 2022

The Administrators' view is that continuing to trade Ruapehu Alpine Lifts Limited (Administrators Appointed) (the Company) will best preserve the possibility of selling the Company's business and assets as a going-concern, which the Administrators believe will result in the best return for the Company's creditors. However, the Company requires further funding to continue trading. ANZ New Zealand Bank Limited (ANZ) and Crown Regional Holdings Limited (CRHL), two of the Company's secured creditors, have offered the Company a term loan facility (Facility). The Administrators have applied to the High Court for orders effectively that the Administrators' personal liability arising out of or in connection with the Facility is limited to the available assets of the Company and any available statutory and equitable indemnities of the Administrators in relation to those assets. Copies of this application are attached below in line with 12 of John Fisk's affidavit (also attached below)
